Women's Health Business Development Specialist

Sales and Business Growth OpportunitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by promoting Abbott products ethically to customers in line with business plans, while ensuring Doctor/Customer Call averages meet customer management plan requirements.
- Organizing educational camps (CME) aligned with division strategy and customer needs.
- Facilitating the successful launch of new products.
- Maintaining and updating customer lists according to therapy and product divisions.
- Ensuring iPad adoption, if applicable, adhering to division norms and CLM calls.
The role entails:
- Prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
- Generating Prescription Opportunity Briefs (POBs) for Abbott brands as per business plans.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:
BSc/ B. Pharm or equivalent degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum-
