We are a boutique recruitment agency based in Gurgaon and Noida, looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events of our founder. They will also be handling emails, calls, and messages, drafting and editing correspondence, and liaising with clients, colleagues, and partners on behalf of the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the founders calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and prioritize commitments to optimize time usage.
- Handle emails, calls, and messages, filtering when required.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, partners on behalf of the founder.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and special occasions.
- Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
- Anticipate travel needs and handle logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Handle information and matters with utmost discretion.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Handle information and matters with utmost discretion.
Benefits
