IT Service Management Architect with Expertise in ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Technical Lead or Senior Developer to join our client's team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting complex IT solutions while collaborating with various teams to enhance and streamline IT operation management (ITOM) processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement solutions that address complex business requirements, ensuring alignment across network, compute, storage, platform, cloud, database, software, systems, security, and communication technologies.
  • ITOM Enhancements: Lead end-to-end enhancements of ITOM systems to optimize service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and improve overall user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with system stakeholders and organizational leadership, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current ITOM practices, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance the organization's service management capabilities.
  • Business and Technology Alignment: Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate industry best practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Change Management: Conduct thorough change assessments, participate in change control boards, and ensure that all changes comply with established change management processes and documentation standards.
  • Architecture Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and clear architectural documentation to ensure consistency and clarity for current and future platform implementations.
  • ServiceNow Upgrades: Lead and manage ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal disruption, and alignment with business needs.
  • Now Intelligence Management: Oversee the support and enhancement of Now Intelligence components within the ServiceNow platform, driving innovation and improving platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), solution architecture design, and implementation of ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in evaluating, documenting, and improving ITSM processes based on business requirements.

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformative project with a dynamic team at the forefront of business technology innovation.
