Job Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative campus recruitment strategies that align with our organizational talent priorities and future workforce needs. This includes:

  • Spearheading the development and execution of cutting-edge campus recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Forging and sustaining influential partnerships with premier academic institutions and professional bodies to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and partners to translate business objectives into innovative, data-driven talent acquisition solutions.
  • Managing partnerships with key strategic tech-specific schools and identifying high-ROI ones for the core business unit assigned.
  • Suggesting, ideating, and designing MVP ideas that bring adjacent role clusters closer to the tech campus program.
  • Architecting and amplifying employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a first-choice destination for credible early-career talent.
  • Championing the design and delivery of flagship programs, such as internships and leadership development pipelines, ensuring outstanding candidate and partner experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's qualification from a reputable institute in HR, Organizational Behavior, Employee Relations, or Career Management.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment management, with a minimum of 18 months of campus recruitment experience handling relations with premier Business Schools and Engineering colleges in India.
  • A proven track record of collaborating and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic hiring goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and market trends to craft hiring initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate university/college relationships or with academic councils/government bodies.

We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer:
