Business Development Executive/Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our team at ITPlusPoint in Bhubaneswar.

Responsibilities
  • IDentify and pitch IT/Software products or services to potential clients
  • Demonstrate product features and value to potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Prepare sales contracts and negotiate deals
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other team members
  • Travel to client locations
Requirements
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Forecasting
  • Experience in identifying and converting sales leads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is mandatory
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for visiting clients
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15 lakhs per annum, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
