The Role:

We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Professional who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and ensuring timely resolution of queries, complaints, and other issues. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to address client concerns efficiently.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of issues to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and meet client expectations.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Media & Entertainment sector, showcasing your expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders and drive desired outcomes.
  • You have a solid understanding of communication principles, computer fundamentals, lead generation strategies, and convincing techniques.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, able to establish trust and credibility with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
