Integrated Marketing Lead

Position Overview
Visteon is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Lead to join our team in India and APAC. This role will oversee the company's integrated marketing and communications function, focusing on brand, internal communications, and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to shape the employer brand and recruiting marketing efforts for India and the extended APAC region.
- Create and execute campaigns for local and regional audiences, including the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and event strategy for diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment marketing results and impact on hiring objectives.
- Actively support and measure analytics and optimizations behind regional talent brand campaigns, leveling up to global KPIs and goals.
- Support regional talent attraction event efforts such as university events, trade shows, hosted networking events, etc.
Internal Communications
- Create strategic and creative campaigns to engage and inform employees across India and showcase Visteon India in global forums.
- Partner with Visteon's global communications teams to deliver company-wide messaging and updates to the region.
- Support site-wide or region-wide town halls, events, communication activities during executive visits, etc.
- Design messaging on regionally relevant internal topics, (e.g. people news, change communication, success stories) and talking points to ensure consistency and global alignment.
- Work with leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, operations, site leads, HR, etc.) to create and lead effective regional internal communications to our employees.
- Contribute local/regional crafted stories to internal news engines including company blog, newsletters, intranet, etc.
External Communications
- Develop Visteon's external communications program for India, developing and executing proactive PR campaigns to amplify local identity, company's value proposition, key moments and events.
- Identify opportunities for company to participate in relevant industry events and forums, providing support as needed.
- Use industry knowledge to bring local insights to global messaging, supporting local spokesperson media training and briefing opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and be the strategic business partner to regional customer business groups and talent acquisition, gathering insights on local challenges, business priorities and industry themes, to support the country's unique communications needs and add value through external communications and thought leadership content.
- Support with integrated communications CSR campaigns for India to promote the positive investments Visteon is making in the country.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of internal and external communications efforts to demonstrate functional impact to HR and the wider business.
Key Performance Indicators
- Brand recognition/awareness internally and externally.
- Alignment of key communication assets (external and internal) with the global narrative.
- Hiring objectives as aligned with Talent Acquisition team (candidate awareness/touchpoints, number of applicants, referrals etc.).
Key Year One Deliverables
- Audit of external Visteon brand reputation amongst key demographics and internal communications processes.
- Overall communication strategy in place (encompassing all three focus areas: brand, internal, external communications) to streamline region-specific communications and better engage employees.
- Succesfully increased brand awareness in the region – both externally and internally.
- Position the Communication role as a strategic partner to the key stakeholder groups on a regional level, building a good network and trustworthy relationships.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- 6+ years experience in marketing, communications or public relations related field.
- Experience working in local market (India) for a large multinational organization.
- Experience adapting communications strategy for local market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to translate business objectives to marketing and branding campaigns, with a focus on results and measurable impact.
- Understanding of talent acquisition/candidate journey and employer brand.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and other offline marketing channels including trade shows or events.
- Compelling storyteller with excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
- Proactive and hands on approach, collaborative spirit and ability to work in an international team.
- Ability to work independently with solid organizational skills and project management.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

- A strong track record for leading, planning and executing communications and marketing campaign activity.

- Familiarity/understanding of how to best reach Gen Z/university students.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Communications.
