About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead our financial operations, utilizing expertise in pricing strategies and auditing to drive business growth.


  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven track record in managing pricing initiatives while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing models and increase profitability.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing decisions on overall profitability and revenue.
  • Prepare reports to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses related to pricing and operational performance.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives with financial insights.
  • Monitor and analyze costs related to pricing decisions, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement measures to control costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports related to pricing and auditing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training on pricing strategies and auditing best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on pricing strategies and auditing.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, market analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, pricing analysis tools).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders.
