Job Title: PEGA Support Engineer Job Type: Full-time Location: Pune and Gurugram Work regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site) Role Purpose: Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver L2/L3 support for Pega-based systems, including: Code investigation and defect resolution. Source code management and version control. Incident handling and service request fulfilment. System restoration and recovery after failures. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds. Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency. Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture. Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization. Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.
