We are looking for a Leader with expertise in Pre Sales and technical competencies. The leader will provide technical assistance and guidance during the Pre sales process, articulate company’s capabilities and portfolio with respect to client’s requirements , propose suitable solutions with alternatives, work with the delivery team to prepare time and effort estimates, and work with the sales team to provide technical help related to client’s queries.


Role: Head of Presales – Digital Transformation Services

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai


Experience

15+ years of total software architecture, design and development experience, should have played the Solution Architect role.

Strong hold on Digital Technologies – Cloud, Data, AI and LCNC Platforms

Have experience in running presales function know the process well. Good with solutioning, estimation, resource loading, and pricing.

Exposure to US markets, Europe and other markets.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and Own the pre-sales process

Research and recommend technical solutions to new and existing clients

Review and understand existing product and infrastructure of clients and document findings

Compare various frameworks and libraries and provide reasons to choose the suitable one for a given problem statement

Probe clients with right questions to understand client’s requirements

Articulate company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users

Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

Create internal design documentation including solution architecture, network diagrams with technical explanations

Possess and Adhere to the Company’s Quality, Business Processes and Delivery Process

To structure and produce compelling technical proposals with documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients

Hands on coding to create proof of concepts

Bring in best and latest of technologies, frameworks and practices

Support sales team with technical qualification of leads

Managing a global team of Bid Managers

Managing a global team of Solution Architects

This position does not require direct sales of services or products.
