About NyniiNynii is India's leading platform for bookingverified domestic workers, including house helps, cooks, and caregivers for children and the elderly.We aim to make finding trusted helpeasy, transparent, and empowering— while creating meaningful livelihoods for thousands of workers across India.Role OverviewAs aBusiness Expansion Executive, you will work closely with Nynii's leadership team to plan, execute, and optimize key strategic initiatives that drive company growth.This role requires a mix ofanalytical thinking, operational execution, and creative problem-solving, offering a front-row seat to how high-growth startups scale and make real-world impact.You'll collaborate across teams — product, marketing, partnerships, and operations — to translate ideas into results.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining and executing business strategies to achieve growth and revenue goals.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Work with product and marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention .Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and performance reviews for leadership.Drive cross-functional projects , ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.Evaluate business performance using data-driven insights and KPIs .Explore partnerships, collaborations, and business expansion opportunities.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering .Strong analytical and communication skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in startups and growth strategy.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Notion, or similar tools .Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.Prior internship or experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations is a plus.Perks & LearningDirect exposure to strategic decision-making and leadership discussions.Work closely with founders and senior management .Opportunity to learn end-to-end business execution in a fast-scaling startup.Certificate and strong possibility of PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) for exceptional performers.LocationGurgaon Office– Preference forimmediate joiners.Why Join NyniiAt Nynii, you'll work on strategies that directly impact lives — empowering workers, supporting families, and building a trusted national platform.If you're passionate about making ideas happen and growing alongside a visionary team, this is your place.
