HR Generalist RoleThis role involves providing comprehensive HR support to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end HR generalist/ people-ops in high-growth tech or SaaS companies. They will also have some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Drive employee onboarding and offboarding experiences;Organize engagement, recognition & culture programs and events that boost belonging and retention;Answer employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.;Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement;Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR tools;Execute internal policy around company assets and data management to ensure secure access and accountability;Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration;Ensure accuracy and timeliness in operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and audits;Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives;Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation;Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects;Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action;Bonus Points:Hands-on experience with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms, Rewards/Recognition or similar tools.Experience organizing large-scale culture initiatives in remote environments.Exposure to global payroll, EOR models, or remote-first workforces.We are looking for someone who brings ownership, integrity, and a learning mindset.
