Business Intelligence Analyst RoleJob Description:We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating risk reporting for business and risk teams.Develop foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of Wex, its products and portfolios.Deepen understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools to conduct risk analysis.Partner with the WEX analytical community to ensure data availability to meet use cases and reporting requirements.Collaborate with the commercial engagement team, LOBs and risk functions to identify KPI/KRIs.Leverage SQL and Python to query existing data and run analysis on WEX data and models.Develop dashboard and packaged reporting for delivery to key stakeholders.Monitor KPI/KRI universe and set standards for reporting.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.Required Skills and Qualifications:• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience• 2+ years analytics experience (business intelligence, data visualization, portfolio analytics etc.) with proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business or product decisions• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as TableauBenefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a competitive compensation package.Additional Information:The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
