We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a System Administrator Trainee.As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Azure infrastructure, handling technical issues and tickets, and collaborating with the team to achieve our goals.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and maintaining our Azure infrastructure.Resolving technical incidents and managing tickets in an efficient manner.Providing excellent customer support via phone calls.Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Able to work flexible hours as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th standard, and minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA in Bachelor's till 6th semester.No pending backlogs at present.Preference will be given to those with a degree in Cloud Computing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Basic knowledge of operating systems is mandatory.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies is necessary.
