Job Title: Manager - L&D PartnershipsDescription:As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Corporate Training organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Map target accounts and run outbound efforts to book meetings with L&D/HRD headsCapture tech stacks, audience (new hires/early career), cohort size, hours/days, mode, timelines, frequency, and budgetsDraft training outlines with internal teams/trainers; propose delivery models (Hybrid, in person, virtual)Prepare proposals, align on scope, commercials, and T&Cs; handle vendor onboarding/empanelmentManage stakeholders, redlines, and approvals to signature (PO/SOW)Transition to delivery teams; track NPS, attendance, completion, and certify outcomes for case studiesWhere relevant, add employer-branding touchpoints (hackathons, campus talks, digital campaigns) to improve adoption and brand recallKeep stages, next steps, and forecasts current; share weekly funnel numbersRequirements:1–5 years in B2B sales/partnerships selling to L&D/HR (EdTech/HRTech/training firms ideal)Strong written and spoken communication; solid slides and numbersComfortable with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersHands-on with CRM and follow-ups; disciplined with cadenceNice to Have:Experience with vendor empanelment, SOWs, and procurementUnderstanding of tech stacks common in new-hire programs (Python, JS, QA, Data basics, cloud fundamentals)Network of trainers/SMEs or exposure to trainer schedulingWillingness to travel for key meetings and launchesInterview Process:Round 1: Background, wins, relevant experience, previous work, market understandingVideo round: Record a mock video of yourself handling objections when talking to L&D leads (budget cut, tighter timelines, trainer profile)Round 2: Past closures, references, and compensation
