Market Development LeadWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead and expand our Pan India sales operations for fire-rated doors and hardware products.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Leadership:Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company targets.Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across India.Set and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by region and team.Team Management:Lead, train, and manage a nationwide sales team, including regional sales managers and executives.Ensure performance tracking, motivation, and continuous improvement of the sales force.Client & Channel Development:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, project consultants, builders, and channel partners.Develop project-based and channel-based sales simultaneously.Brand Promotion & B2B Engagement:Represent the company at industry conferences and trade events.Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regular brand promotions, product presentations, and campaigns.Market Intelligence & Surveys:Conduct regular market surveys to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project leads.Identify emerging markets and potential for product diversification.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.Track ROI on all lead generation and sales conversion efforts.
