We are expanding our AI capabilities and are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role offers the opportunity to work on the forefront of AI and machine learning technologies, driving the development of intelligent systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models using LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and advanced NLP techniques.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models to address specific use cases and business requirements.
  • Build and implement scalable pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into applications and systems.
  • Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and continuously improve AI solutions for accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with the latest research in generative AI, NLP, and LLM, and apply new techniques to improve our AI products and services.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to facilitate easier experimentation with models and reproducibility of results.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation in AI models.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
  • Strong experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience in fine-tuning and optimizing large models for real-world applications.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, etc.
  • Familiarity with transformers, attention mechanisms, and the architecture of state-of-the-art LLMs.
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in building conversational agents or chatbots.
  • Familiarity with multimodal models (text, image, audio) and other generative AI techniques.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and automation in model deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience with ethical AI and bias mitigation in AI models.
  • Background in data science or linguistics with applications in AI.
