Project Director OpportunityHiring a seasoned Project Director to oversee large-scale projects and drive successful delivery for our U.S.-based teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.This is an onsite position in the United States (relocation required). Only candidates who are willing to work onsite should apply.We seek an experienced professional with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Lead project lifecycle activities: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, goals, schedules, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and risk logs.Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).13+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP-based methodologies.Hands-on experience managing multi-location, distributed, or vendor-heavy projects.Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.Preferred Skills:Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum.Experience with SDLC management, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.Key Skills:Program ManagementStakeholder ManagementTeam LeadershipStrategic PlanningResource AllocationClient CommunicationVendor ManagementBudget & Cost ControlChange ManagementQuality AssuranceReporting & DocumentationBusiness AnalysisRequirements GatheringSDLCAgileScrumKanbanWaterfallAbout this Role:A high level of autonomy and accountability.An opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's success.
