About the Role - Product Manager


About the role

As a Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between technology and customer needs. Using data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer requirements, you will own the product roadmap, communicate with stakeholders, and continuously improve the product based on feedback. You'll inspire cross-functional teams to align with the vision and transform it into tangible results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Be the voice of the customer by conducting user research, analyzing data, and identifying gaps in the current system.
  • Drive the product charter with a focus on delivering value to customers.


  • Product Vision and Roadmap:
  • Define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and functional specifications.


  • Collaboration and Execution:
  • Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating with business teams, partner teams, and other stakeholders to drive projects to completion.


  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
  • Leverage data to refine the product strategy, optimize features, and prioritize development efforts.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead.


  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Align and inspire stakeholders across teams to realize the product vision.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend
  • Strong technical abilities and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience designing UI, analyzing data, and setting up quality processes.
  • Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required
  • Knowledge or experience with mixed reality and VR technologies is strongly preferred.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working with Immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
