Job Title: OKR & KPI Performance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our organization's success by developing, implementing and refining our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This pivotal role ensures strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated and aligned across all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actions. Experience in leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects is highly desirable.This position plays a critical role in driving organizational performance through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, tracking and maintaining business-critical KPIs across the organization, ensuring relevance and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:OKR Management:Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training and ongoing supportFacilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectivesProvides training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring and achievementKPI Management:Defines, tracks and maintains business-critical KPIs across the organization, departments and at project levels, ensuring relevance and accuracyEstablishes robust KPI governance, including clear ownership, consistent review cadences and defined escalation processesConducts regular KPI health checks and validation cycles to ensure data consistency, accuracy and integrityDesigns, deploys and manages comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports, identifying performance gaps, operational risks and strategic opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or a related fieldMinimum 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking and reporting across functions or business unitsStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExperience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performanceAbout Us:We value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.
