Human Resources StrategistThis key role plays a pivotal part in employee retention, grievance resolution, policy enforcement, and people strategy alignment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and expansion plans, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, succession planning, and workforce scalability through strategic talent acquisition and retention initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Retention:Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, identifying and developing top talent for business growth.Design and implement employee retention strategies to minimize attrition and maintain a high-performing team.Employee Engagement & Grievance Management:Establish and manage grievance redressal mechanisms to resolve conflicts fairly and promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction and loyalty.Foster open communication channels and conduct regular feedback sessions to promote employee well-being.Policy Enforcement & Compliance:Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with Indian labor laws, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.Ensure fair and ethical handling of disciplinary actions, upholding the company's values and reputation.Training & Development:Oversee training needs identification, planning, and execution across departments, enhancing employee skills and capabilities.Partner with Capability Building & Performance division to deliver technical, leadership, and soft skills training, promoting professional growth.Performance Management System:Manage company-wide PMS processes through Keka PMS, ensuring fair, transparent, and measurable performance evaluations.Develop and implement performance metrics and benchmarks to drive business outcomes.
