There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.Responsibilities: Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries.Develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges.Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issuesDeveloping and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and toolsPerforming audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise.Researching technical accounting issuesDeveloping industry expertisePreparing audit reports, and management lettersExercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagementsEnsuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firmWorking collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionalsProvide supervision and development training for associatesTaking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clientsProviding timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverablesUnderstanding RSM US and RSM Delivery Center's line of business service capabilities and work as a team in providing an integrated service deliveryEnsuring professional development through ongoing educationParticipate in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teamsDemonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.Provide oversight to senior associates and associates, including training and development activities.Required Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:Qualified CA/ ACCA/ Licensed CPAChartered Accountant4-7 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field specifically Health Care industry.Strong technical skills in accounting including GAAP and GAASStrong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPointStrong multi-tasking and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement teams
