Job OverviewAs a seasoned consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients across the US and Canada. Your primary focus will be on payroll elements set-ups/configurations, with an emphasis on functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes/elements setup.Key Responsibilities:70% Functional and 30% technical expertiseImplementations experience in Payroll elements set-ups/configurations for US and Canada regionStrong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada regionUS and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4)North America Taxation experienceAbility to write fast formulas for payroll elementsGood with BIP and OTBI developmentSDLC and JIRA knowledgeHDL experiencePayroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizationsPay slip template customizationsPreparing functional required documentsRegression testing of RICE componentsFunctional experience in US and Canada PayrollReviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolutionConsults on requested configuration changesAnalyzes the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast FormulasEnsures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extractsProvides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applicationsProvides experienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractionsWhat We Offer:Opportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and collaborative work environmentA competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits programRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in payroll implementations and configurationsStrong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in the US and CanadaProficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud solutionsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Mastery of SDLC and JIRA toolsExperience with HDL and BIP developmentKnowledge of North America taxation and year-end processes
