Immigration Student Counsellor

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Student Counsellor / Sales & Process Executive to guide students through the admissions and immigration process, promote educational programs, and manage end-to-end counselling and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for helping students make informed academic and career decisions.Key Responsibilities1. Immigration CounsellingGuide students on international education opportunities, admission criteria, and immigration pathways.Provide accurate information on visa categories, eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines.Assist in preparing applications for universities, colleges, and immigration programs.Address queries from students and parents regarding study abroad requirements and country-specific regulations.2. Sales & Lead ConversionManage and respond to inquiries related to study abroad and immigration services.Convert leads through effective counselling, trust-building, and product knowledge.Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.Achieve monthly targets related to admissions, visa filing, and revenue.3. Process & Documentation ManagementHandle the complete application workflow including program selection, admissions, fee payments, GIC, SOPs, and visa submissions.Review documentation such as financials, transcripts, passports, and supporting paperwork for completeness and accuracy.Coordinate with admissions teams, RCIC/consultants, and international institutions.Update and maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with documentation and audit requirements.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to assess student needs and deliver appropriate guidance.Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and student management systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related fields preferred).1–4 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service.Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also apply.Work EnvironmentFull-time, office-based role.Collaboration with student services, academics, and marketing teams.Performance-based incentives available.
