HR Digitalization:Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement.Comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and HR priorities.Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to streamline HR processes.Enhance employee engagement, and improve overall HR service delivery.Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of HR systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement.Digital solutions that enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.Change Management and Adoption:Lead change management efforts to drive.Adoption of digital HR initiatives and ensure successful implementation.Develop communication plans and resources to support employees in transitioning to new digital tools and processes.Monitor adoption rates and user feedback, and make adjustments as needed to optimize the user experience.Requirements and skills:8-10+ years of work experience in HR operations.Masters in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant fieldIn-depth knowledge of HR practices.Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Initiatives.simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Proven experience in HR technology implementation, digital transformation, or related roles.Excellent leadership abilities and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
