Role Overview:

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for all marketing activities, responsible for content creation, social media management, client solutions, and designing effective sales pitches. This is a hands-on role perfect for a candidate with a solid understanding of adtech and programmatic advertising, capable of managing marketing efforts across multiple channels and formats.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Act as the single POC for all marketing initiatives, coordinating design, content creation, and campaign execution.

2. Develop and manage social media strategies across all relevant platforms.

3. Create engaging content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and promotional materials.

4. Support client solutions with tailored marketing content, ensuring alignment with client needs.

5. Design and refine pitch decks, sales presentations, and marketing collateral to support the sales team.

6. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, adjusting tactics as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


1. Proven experience in marketing roles focused on content creation, social media management, and client solutions.

2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for engaging and clear content.

3. Overall 3-4 years of experience with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in adtech or programmatic advertising, with a strong grasp of industry trends.

4. Proficiency in design and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
