The successful candidate will work in a remote night shift or rotational schedule.Key Responsibilities:Office Networks (LAN/WAN): Ensure seamless connectivity and communication within the office environment.Internet Providers & Telco Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with internet service providers and telecom companies for optimal network performance.Migration to National AT&T Network Plan: Facilitate a smooth transition to the national AT&T network plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Security Management: Implement and manage robust security measures, including Bitdefender and Microsoft Defender, to protect against cyber threats.Outlook/Hosting/Access Control: Manage and troubleshoot Outlook, hosting, and access control systems to ensure efficient email and data exchange.Hosting & Domain Management (GoDaddy): Coordinate with GoDaddy to manage hosting and domain services, ensuring uptime and reliability.DNS Management: Optimize DNS settings for improved website accessibility and online presence.SSL Certificate Renewals: Schedule and renew SSL certificates to maintain secure data transfer between websites and servers.Zoom Administration & Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot Zoom conferencing solutions for seamless virtual meetings and collaboration.Server & Remote Access Management (Trams Hosting, Remote PCs): Manage server infrastructure and remote access systems to ensure efficient and secure access to company resources.Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in Network/System Administration, with a strong background in network, hosting, and domain management.
