As a key member of our team, the Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery within our HVAC Call Centers. The specialist is responsible for conducting thorough audits of technician calls, verifying the accuracy of membership sales, and providing comprehensive voice training.Key Responsibilities:Auditing the precision of appointments booked by back-office teams to guarantee seamless customer experiences.Conducting call audits of agents to assess their performance and provide constructive feedback.Developing and implementing voice and speech training programs for US Outbound Voice Process to enhance customer satisfaction.Maintaining and analyzing audit dashboards and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.Auditing membership sales compliance to ensure alignment with established standards.Collaborating with stakeholders to recommend action-based improvements that drive business growth.Requirements:Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Benefits:Promising career growth opportunities with professional development and training programs.A dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and creativity.Competitive compensation packages and benefits to support work-life balance.
