Key Role in Green ChemistryWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead our global research and development efforts focused on the development of green molecules, including chelates, polymers, or other molecules. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and formulating environmentally friendly and sustainable chelating agents.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience in leading cross-functional teams. They will be expected to develop high-performance, biodegradable, and non-toxic chelates that meet the needs of key industrial applications.The role requires excellent technical expertise in the development and optimization of chelating agents, as well as leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of synthesis scientists.
