Operational Finance LeadAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Finance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities across the organization.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process improvement, with a strong background in accounting principles and procedures. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop remote teams.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance to global procedures and operating methodologies, as well as refining these processes on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will have expertise in end-to-end procure to pay (P2P) knowledge, with hands-on experience in SAP finance modules.Key responsibilities will include:Ensuring compliance to global procedures and operating methodologiesRefining GPOM on an ongoing basisEnd-to-end P2P knowledge with hands-on SAP experienceUnderstanding of VDMS and vendor managementRobotics process automationReviewing and revising SOPsEnsuring consistent levels of service deliveryDefining and updating Risk and Control matrix (RACM)Providing support and guidance to the businessPlanning and conducting reviewsWhat We're Looking For:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our finance department in achieving operational excellence.
