Job Title: Java Backend Developer
Location: Hyderabad/Pune
Experience: 5+ Years
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong background in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for backend development in a fast-paced environment, working on critical mission-driven projects with a focus on modern technology stacks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Redis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable Java applications.
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Work with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Kafka and Redis.
- Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with various databases.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
