Job DescriptionRole Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition, journal entries, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Post journal entries and perform revenue reconciliation between ERP and portal systems.Cordinate with stakeholders to drive accurate revenue provisioning and projections.Prepare and circulate MIS reports to respective stakeholders.Develop and maintain documented procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Identify process improvements and participate in their implementation.Develop Power BI reports for day-to-day needs and ad-hoc projects.RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in revenue accounting.End-to-end accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to take ownership of workload and prioritize meeting deadlines.Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential data.Why Join Us?You will influence and contribute to the growth and success of our organization by joining our dynamic team.
