Job Title: Senior Human Capital Management SpecialistAs a seasoned expert in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional and Core HR, you will lead response efforts to client requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and best practices.Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identifying functional fit/gaps and providing effective solutions.Configure and optimize Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management systems based on customer specifications, and document application setups for future reference.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within HCM modules, ensuring seamless system performance.You will design and conduct engaging client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries effectively.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud for Global Human Resources and act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the design and implementation of HCM modules.
