Our participants in various programs have included students studying at IITs, IIMs, CFA candidates, qualified Chartered Accountants and rank holders, banking professionals and VC analysts. Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Communication Trainer to design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing participants' verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in equipping participants with the tools needed to communicate effectively in professional and corporate settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, including business communication, email etiquette, presentation skills, public speaking, interpersonal skills, etc.
- Use engaging teaching methodologies tailored to adult learners and professionals.
- Design and develop structured course materials, modules, and assessment tools aligned with CTFE's objectives.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and industry-relevant examples into the curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their communication capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Communication Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with online training tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Certification in communication training, soft skills, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to deliver sessions in both online and offline formats.
