Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to generate high-quality leads from the US B2B market by making 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses.Key responsibilities include:Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses, generating fresh qualified leads every day.Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally, identifying prospects and qualifying them for demo appointments.Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM, ensuring seamless communication with the sales team.Meet weekly and monthly performance targets, consistently delivering results-driven outcomes.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Experience working in the US market (B2B preferred)Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities.Comfortable making high-volume calls daily (100+).Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.Able to work during US time zones and maintain a stable internet connection and noise-free workspace.
