About the JobWe are seeking an experienced OTM Consultant with a strong understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud). The role focuses primarily on OTM implementation work, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of OTM functional flows, SQL skills, and experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality OTM Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations.Manage configuration activities and validate functional scenarios.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic.Support test cycle executions and provide issue resolution.Ensure solution compliance with OTM best practices and project standards.Requirements:Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.8+ years total experience.Minimum 3 full-cycle OTM Cloud implementations.Strong hands-on configuration experience in OTM.Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to global/regional implementations.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OTM Consultant to join our team.
