Job Opportunity:We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the acquisition of new users and lead creative testing initiatives across top mobile gaming partners.Develop a structured framework for end-to-end creative testing.Design and execute comprehensive test plans across multiple channels.Interpret performance data to inform actionable insights.Collaborate with internal teams to align on performance goals.Present findings and recommendations to clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify creative hypotheses and design test plans.Manage high-touchpoint client relationships.Optimize creative testing pipelines across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and mobile DSPs.Proactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities.Ensure smooth handoff from testing to production through cross-functional collaboration.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in mobile marketing and mobile gaming user acquisition.Hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit.DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.
