Job Title: HR Operations SpecialistAt our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our Global People Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, employee data management, documentation, and coordination with global teams.This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced professionals with a passion for human resources to build a rewarding career in this field.Key Responsibilities:Support onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain accurate employee records.Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and contracts.Ensure all employee data is updated correctly in HR systems.Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations.Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.Support HR audits, reports, and data requests.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and good organizational ability.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and teamwork.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Up to 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee management preferred.Benefits include the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with rotational shifts and access to professional development opportunities.
