Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct 1-2-1 sessions and team meetings to address performance and development.
  • Manage daily activities, ensuring SLAs are achieved and risks are mitigated.
  • Ensure team training and development plans are up-to-date.
  • Support business targets by fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Handle escalations and report issues to senior management.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Team Manager in a contact centre.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and managing escalations.
  • Energetic, creative, and solution-oriented.
