Your Impact:Work with your colleagues in systems, assessment, analytics, talent attraction, and talent planning to level up your broader skills and knowledge baseSource and interview candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database, etc.Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience for all candidates, whether hired or not.Must be able to nurture passive candidates and build with an eye for both now and the futureManage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close offersContribute to the generation of lead lists and recruiting campaigns.Reach-out: Typically, you will reach out to good 15-20 prospective candidates in a day.You may be a fit if you have:Experience working with hiring teams as business partners.3-10 years of experience as a recruiter owning end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, a high role volume SaaS company, or agency hiring for companies.Experience hiring across multiple business functions, including executive and technical (Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, IT) roles.A track record of setting and achieving recruiting goals in an efficient and effective manner.The aspiration to be innovative and bringing productive ideas which would contribute to the team’s success.Having clients both sides (a candidate and a company) is quite unique and challenging Write to amit.n@careerxperts.com to set up your next adventure.
