The developer will design, implement, and optimize blockchain-based solutions using the Solana ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include writing and maintaining secure smart contracts, conducting code reviews, developing back-end infrastructure, and contributing to the overall architecture of decentralized applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and efficient blockchain integration for client projects is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying updated on blockchain technology advancements and identifying innovative ways to enhance projects.Qualifications- Advanced understanding of Blockchain technology and Solana ecosystem (MUST)- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development- Strong knowledge in Cryptography and Cryptocurrency systems- Experience with writing smart contracts and decentralized applications- Ability to debug, test, and deploy blockchain solutions- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities- Experience with any modern back-end programming languages, e.g., Rust, C++, or JavaScript- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
