The ideal candidate will prioritize and classify these notifications efficiently.Create and manage service orders to plan interventions effectively.Track the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs accurately.Monitor stock movements and replenishment levels closely.The preferred profile should have experience working on SAP CRM Service module interactions, including case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers. Knowledge of S/4 HANA is mandatory, while exposure to FIORI is beneficial.Job Responsibilities:Manage notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems efficiently.Prioritize and classify notifications for effective management.Create and manage service orders to plan and execute interventions successfully.Monitor and track the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs precisely.Closely monitor stock movements and replenishment levels.Plan on-site interventions, including management of technicians and equipment.Track interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as necessary.Create and manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.Monitor contract compliance and handle renewals effectively.Manage billing for services rendered, including generating invoices based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.Utilize reporting and analysis tools to monitor service performance.Generate customized reports to track KPIs and SLAs.Maintain knowledge of CS and PM module integration.
