Job Title: Senior Property Operations ManagerAbout the Role:The Facility Executive will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. The role prioritizes continuous improvement in processes, maintaining adequate supplies, managing contracts, mitigating risks, and addressing health and safety concerns.Main Responsibilities:Prioritize property needs.Work with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee daily operations, ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Maintain a smooth operation by keeping an eye on property supplies and managing supply and service contracts as approved by clients.Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures, business continuity plans, and health and safety issue review participation.Routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Responsibility and attentiveness for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift-wise M&E stock record and update.Vendor management (working at the site).Coordination with the LL team.Coordination with the Site FM team for daily basis activities.Managing and shifting manpower deployments.Inventory management/store management.Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility.Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports.Energy consumption and data management.Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs.Maintaining records of admin reports.Incident reports/records and tracker management.Managing Technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules.M&E team briefings,Daily basis observations and closures.Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Work permits its issuance and records.Gate pass and material movements.Providing data and reports to the client as required.Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time to time Training for the M&E teams.M&E team Attendance and records.Shift jobs and 6 days working.
