Direction of MGS's development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What's in it for you?o Immense exposure and learningo Excellent career growtho Company of highly passionate leaders and mentorso Ability to build things from scratchKnow more about MGS: -https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-servicesKey Responsibilities:• Planning & Promotion of data managemento Planning and promotion of data maintenance tasks for new trade system implementationo Identify all master and static data services to be requiredo Define process flows – "requester" to "data setup" to "amendments"o Prepare System and Operation manuals to maintain master and static data o Execute UAT for data maintenance operations and manage issues identifiedo Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project taskso Run BAU data maintenance after system release• Task Management & Reportingo Support project team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of master and static data o Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving themo Provide insights and feedback for project planningo Other regular reporting such as task progress and challengesSkillso Oversee project task execution and coordinate between teamso Develop detailed analyses and maintain organized documentationo Planning and promotion of user tasks from data maintenance perspectiveo BAU data maintenance operations after system releaseo Support daily PJ task assigned, including documentation and reportingo BAU data maintenance operations after system releaseRequired Skills/Experiences/Personalities:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field. 2. Experience in system implementation project management, or Back-Office trade operations.3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. 4. Conduct end-to-end process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aligned with regulatory and operational standards. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements related to data maintenance of trade systems. (Mandatory for VP/AVP).6. Strong understanding of trade finance systems, master and static data. 7. Liaise with IT, business users, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. 8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies. 10. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation, issue tracking, and resolution. 11. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office. 12.
