Job Title: Senior Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to oversee Order Management, Vendor management and Vendor Operations for assigned projects.Main Responsibilities:Prepare tender packages, review contracts, bill of quantities specifications and payment terms.Validate non-tender items, analyze rates and quotations.Manage order awards, track deliveries and ensure timely payments.Evaluate vendor performance and resolve escalations.Foster relationships with vendors, visit sites to assess quality, production and delivery processes.Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.Collaborate with internal functions on standard operating procedures, pricing and new initiatives.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor relationship development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate data and identify areas for improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals.A comprehensive training program to support your career development.
