Molecular Genetics Specialist

Genome AnalystThe successful candidate will have technical expertise in molecular genetics and bioinformatics, translating complex genomic findings into meaningful insights.Perform high-quality analysis of whole exome and genome sequencing data.Review variants according to ACMG/AMP guidelines and company standards.Generate clear genetic reports for physicians and internal teams.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams.Maintain knowledge of genetic databases and variant classification tools.Participate in case discussions and quality improvement activities.Ensure analyses comply with SOPs and data privacy regulations.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics or a related field.Understanding of human genetics, variant interpretation, and genomic technologies.Hands-on experience with NGS data interpretation is beneficial.Familiarity with ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, OMIM, or similar genomic databases.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
