The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP FICO and experience with ECC, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Analyze ECC financial reports to identify key metrics and trends, and map data to S/4HANA structures for seamless integration.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Develop high-quality functional specifications, FRDs, and process documentation to support efficient implementation and testing.Conduct thorough FIT/GAP analysis to identify areas for improvement and define To-Be processes that drive business value.Support unit testing, integration testing, and financial data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Validate GL postings, sub-ledgers, period-end processes, and tax logic to maintain compliance with global financial reporting templates.Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years SAP FICO experience with deep expertise in AR/AP/GL attributes and ECC/S/4HANA hands-on experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive project success.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
