Creative Commander-in-Chief): 🖌️ Take full ownership of all creatives—static and video—for our retainer clients across digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more). 🎯 Understand and deliver on digital marketing objectives through smart, strategic, and scroll-stopping visuals. 🧠 Lead a small but mighty creative team—a junior designer and a video editor. Guide, review, and ensure timely delivery of design assets. 💬 Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to translate briefs into high-impact designs. 🛠️ Uphold design consistency, brand guidelines, and creative excellence across all client work. ⏱️ Plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat (okay, maybe just a little). 🚀 Own the design process end-to-end—right from brainstorming to final rollout. Whom we’re Looking For: Advertising agency experience is a must for this role - expertise in digital advertising and campaign management... Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion design? Major brownie points. Team leadership experience —you’ve mentored junior designers or editors and can review work with clarity and tact. Strong grasp of visual communication, layout, branding, and digital aesthetics. Deadline ninja —you know how to balance quality with speed. Comfortable with feedback, collaboration, and the occasional weekend hustle (start-up life, after all).
