- Experienced in developing and presenting collections tailored to buyer preferences and market trends.

- A proactive thinker capable of driving product development initiatives.
- Ability to identify emerging trends, align them with market demands, and lead the design and sampling process.
- Expertise in fabric innovation, ensuring alignment with fashion and functional requirements.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Experience leading merchandising and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Skilled in training and mentoring team members to enhance efficiency and skillsets.
Market Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the European apparel market, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
