# Role Overview:

Nanogenius Technologies is seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong background in electronics and proven sales experience in the PCB design and semiconductor services sector. The ideal candidate should have an educational foundation in electronics/electrical engineering and having experience in sales or business development. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and help drive growth in a dynamic industry. 


# Key Responsibilities:  

- Identify and develop business opportunities within the electronics, PCB, and semiconductor industries. 

- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and translate them into customer-focused solutions. 

- Develop and execute effective sales and business strategies to achieve company goals. 

- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks. 

- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business plans for prospective clients. 

- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report on performance metrics. 

- Contribute to long-term business strategies and partnerships for sustained growth. 


# Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with some business exposure afterwards. An MBA in Business Management is a plus. 

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in the electronics or semiconductor industry, with at least 1-2 years in a sales or business development role. 

- Strong knowledge of electronics, PCB, and semiconductor market trends. 

- Proven track record of driving business success through strategic sales efforts. 

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to long-term career growth.
